2. Prepare for the Tests

These tests include AMH levels, a vaginal ultrasound on the third day of your period, and genetic testing, chromosomes, and tests for STDs, smoking, and medication. 3. The Egg Donation Process
The egg donation process took about two weeks and included an ovulation injection, an egg stimulation injection similar to a blood draw, and egg retrieval. Throughout the entire process, I maintained constant contact with the nurse and doctor to ensure everything went smoothly. During the egg stimulation and retrieval process, I felt a slight swelling in my abdomen, but drinking coconut water helped.
4. Successful Egg Donation
After the egg donation, the doctor gave me some instructions to ensure my body was fully recovered. My donated eggs were fertilized and implanted in the lab, resulting in a successful pregnancy! Knowing I had helped a couple realize their dream was truly heartening. A week later, I received an international wire transfer of $8,000 in nutrition funds from the United States, along with the previously paid airfare, transportation, and medical examination fees.
